Wet Chemical Extinguisher

PWFP Fire Safety provides stored pressure wet chemical extinguishers that are characterised by their high performance and simple method of operation. They are ideal for oil/fat fires as the wet chemical agent reacts with the oil/fat to form a soap like film to seal the surface and cool it down to prevent re-ignition. They are identified by a oatmeal colour band at the top of the cylinder.

Wet Chemical extinguishers are suitable for the following classes of fires:

Class A: paper, textiles, wood, most plastics and rubber
Class F: cooking oils/fats
